INTRODUCTION OF CHEMISTRY STUDENTS' SOCIETY
Chemistry Students' Society, HKUSTSU, is a non-profit-making and non-political organization society. We encourage chemistry studies and its application in the real world. We now have more than 300 members. We provide a variety of activities and services of different natures, including both academic and social ones, for the members. Our chief goal is to further equip the chemistry students through our activities, thus making the students become a real professional for the society. Moreover, we hope that we can promote understanding, co-operation and welfare among our members, foster a closer relationship between the staff and our fellow students and to strengthen the linkages with other societies both inside and outside HKUST.
香港科技大學學生會化學系學生會簡介
香港科技大學學生會化學系學生會（下稱本會），是一個非牟利及非政治機構組織。本會致力提昇屬下會員對於化學知識及其相關應用的興趣。本會現有超過三百多名會員。本會會定期舉辨各類不同範疇的活動，例如學術會談，就業講座以及化學系迎新營等，以加強各化學系會員之間的聯繫。本會的目標是致力希望透過本會的活動，進一步為化學系的學生作好準備，使其成為未來社會上的專業人士。除此之外，本會希望能夠加強會員之間的認識，了解和合作，並提供各種福利給屬下會員。本會還擔當起學生與教職員之間通訊橋樑，與及提供一個與香港科技大學內外各機構屬會聯絡的渠道。
